What information do we collect?
- We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
- When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
- We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
- Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the "Do we use 'cookies'?" section below for information about cookies and how we use them.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
- To quickly process your transactions.
- To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
- If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails. If you would no longer like to receive promotional e-mail from us, please refer to the "How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?" section below. If you have not opted-in to receive e-mail newsletters, you will not receive these e-mails. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and 'members-only' content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.
How do we protect visitor information?We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above. Do we use "cookies"?Yes. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. Third party linksIn an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work). How long will it take to receive your order?
If your purchase products that are IN STOCK, you should receive your order in about 4 days. You must take in account two specific elements. The ORDER PROCESSING TIME and the GROUND SHIPPING TIME.

PROCESSING TIME: This process includes credit verification and the time to pack your order (1-2 days).

GROUND SHIPPING TIME: When you select the shipping option, you will be noticed of an instant estimate of the shipping time by the carrier.
How long will it take to receive your pre-ordered products?
If you purchase products that are on PRE-ORDER status, your order will be shipped as soon as we receive them with the same terms as the IN STOCK products. All the products will be sent at the same time, so if you order IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER products, your order will ship once we have received everything for your order's completion. If you want to receive IN STOCK products sooner, we recommend that you place them in a separate order to avoid extra delays. Your credit card will not be charged before the pre-order products are shipped, if any in your order.
All pre-order products are price guarantee. If WIIXPLAY decides that the price is lower by the release date on any pre-oder products you purchased, you'll pay the lower price. We do not guarantee the exact release date on any pre-order products.
How much does shipping cost?
According to your address, order and products, the shipping cost varies. Simply add the products you are willing to buy in your shopping cart and at the checkout process, the shipping charges will be displayed before you place the order. The shipping price is given by our carrier according to your specific needs.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the world. Our warehouse is situated in Quebec, Canada. The customer is responsible for any extra charges from his country's duties or other. Delivery services may vary by carrier or location and may require pickup of products at a local postal outlet or distribution centre.

Can you change your shipping information?
Yes, you can modify your information online prior to placing an order. Simply log in your account and edit your accounts information. However, if you placed an order and need to change your shipping address, please contact us by phone, call Customer Service at 1-450-885-1036.
What is the shipping refund policy?
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundanle, but we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning a product because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product if defective. Please read the RETURN / REFUND POLICY for details.
What is the return/refund policy?
When you receive your package, please examine it closely prior to opening the product's packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product at WIIXPLAY by contacting our Customer Service at orders@wiixplay.com within 21 days after reception of your order. If the packaging is un-opened, we will offer you an exchange or a refund for your product. You must return the product by mail after having your RMA number. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be given to you approximately 2 business days after having contacted us. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you received it, un-opened. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
Opened packaging products are not refundable. We will replace, by the same product, any defective product. You have 21 days, after receiving your order, to ask for a RMA number for defective products. If we determine that the product is defective, we will send you back a new product with no extra shipping charges.
How long do you have to wait for a refund or replacement?
If you qualify for a refund, you will receive it within 7 business days of when we receive and verify the product. If you purchased it using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund. As for the replacement product, you should receive it within 10 business days of when we receive the defective product.
What is the return/refund policy on bundle products?
The policy is almost the same, except for a few points. When you receive your package, please examine it closely prior to opening the products packaging. Can you cancel or modify your order?
You can always cancel or modify an order that has not started its shipping process. Pre-orders and backorders can easily be cancelled. Once an order has been processed, it's too late to cancel or modify. You will need to return the item, see the refund/return policy above.
